The grain in the oak treads on this staircase turned out absolutely beautifully and became a real feature of the stairs. Anthracite Grey stringers and apron coverings give a superb contrast with the solid oak treads and oak handrail which caps the glass balustrades on both the staircase and the landing. To ensure conformity to the UK Staircase Building Regulations L Shaped Treads were used. A square platform was the preferred choice to provide the perfect access from the ground floor.
