2.3. Payments must be made via bank transfer or an approved payment method as agreed with the Company.

3. Delivery

3.1. Delivery timescales provided are estimates and subject to change based on manufacturing schedules and availability.

3.2. Deliveries are kerbside only. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring adequate personnel are available to receive and transport the goods beyond the delivery point.

3.3. The Company is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to supplier delays, weather conditions, and transport issues.

4. Design, Dimensions, and Customisation

4.3. The Buyer must approve all technical drawings and specifications before manufacturing begins.

5. Manufacturing and Assembly

5.1. Products may be supplied in different states of assembly (fully assembled, part-assembled, or flat-pack). It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure proper installation.

5.2. If the Buyer requires installation services, these must be agreed upon separately in writing.

5.3. Wooden and glass components are crafted using materials compliant with relevant British Standards, and natural variations in wood grain or glass texture are not considered defects.

6. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

6.1. Due to the custom nature of metal, wooden, and glass staircases, cancellations are not permitted once manufacturing has commenced.

6.2. Returns are not accepted unless the product is faulty or does not meet agreed specifications.

6.3. Any claims for defects or non-conformity must be reported within 7 days of delivery. The Company reserves the right to inspect and verify such claims before offering a resolution.

7. Warranty and Quality Assurance

7.1. The Company guarantees that all products are manufactured using materials compliant with CE standards and relevant British Standards.

7.2. The warranty period for structural components is 12 months from the date of delivery, provided the staircase is correctly installed and maintained.

7.3. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, modifications, or misuse.

7.4. Due to the natural characteristics of wood, minor variations in colour, texture, or grain are not covered under warranty.

7.5. Glass components must be handled with care, and warranty claims will not be accepted for breakage due to improper handling, installation, or external impact.

8. Liability

8.1. The Company’s liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods supplied.

8.2. The Company shall not be liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from delays, installation issues, or defects beyond its reasonable control.
